a-PVP is the 3rd "bath salt" configuration of synthetic stimulant, along with MDPV and Mephedrone.
This presumptive test is a three (3) step field test with each color reaction necessary for a positive reaction. Sold as household substances, packages containing a-PVP, like other "bath salt" substances, will show the phrase "Not For Human Consumption" on the front of the package.

This reagent was designed specifically to presumptively identify Psilocybin, the active ingredient found in mushrooms.
A positive reaction will show a distinct Pink color in the presence of psilocybin.
The test will also presumptively identify less common substance of Psilocin with a Purple color.
